Charter of Ethics . 3. Ethics committee

(Previous section: 2. Principles and duties)

a) Doubts, complaints, grievances, or denunciations about the violations of the Charter should be addressed to the Director of CIDPCC, who will appoint an ad hoc Ethics Committee in each situation raised.

b) The appointed Committee will evaluate the facts and must respond appropriately to situations of violation of the principles of ethics in research and teaching enshrined in this Charter, including plagiarism and intellectual property infringements, among others. Nevertheless, only the Director may apply sanctioning measures with implications for the relationship between the centre and the offender.
