On May 24, 3 pm, CIDPCC organized the lecture on war crimes and genocide entitled ““Genocide in Ukraine? Criminal Liability in the 21st Century” by Georg P. Fletcher (Cardozo Professor of Jurisprudence/Columbia University) and introduced by Maria Fernanda Palma (CIDPCC). The lecture took place at the Auditorium of the University of Lisbon School of Law.
